About the event
Meet Our Speaker
We are delighted to welcome Kirsten Guthrie to our 2025 Women's Conference. Kirsten left the world of consumer research 13 years ago, to combine the Cornhill Training Course with the ministry trainee scheme at Trinity Church Islington. She spent 11 years as a full-time women’s worker at Trinity. Since September 2024 she’s still at Trinity half of her week and the other half, she’s working for the Proclamation Trust as Assistant Director of Women’s Ministry. And when she’s not doing that, she can often be found cycling with friends, baking or entertaining her godchildren. Hebrews - When we face struggles we quite naturally look around for security. Even for Christians, what we see in front of us can seem more real and more worth holding on to. But Hebrews paints a picture for us, of what we cannot see with our eyes or hold in our hands. And it is the most wonderful picture of our perfect high priest, Jesus. He is our security; past, present, and future, all the way home.
